Almost perfect.
Bought this as found the supplied bag with my Inogen one G5 POC uncomfortable and heavy and prefer to be “hands free”. The back is slightly too tall for my unit, but putting a lidded plastic take away container in the base not only raises it to the correct height but gives me a little extra storage. One side pocket is large enough to hold a water bottle/ umbrella/waterproof jacket while the other zipped pocket is just right for essentials. I gave four stars as the addition of a chest strap would make it perfect. (A repurposed clip from another backpack and five minutes with my sewing machine has remedied that) Good quality and very lightweight

Takes the weight off
This product is an improvement on the shoulder bag which is provided by the oxygen supplier. On the plus side it takes away some of the weight and leaves your hands free. The slight minus points are that it does cut in under your arms when wearing light Summer clothing, also it is necessary to fasten the Velcro strap tightly so it doesn’t rest on the air vents. Otherwise I would recommend this product.

Not for me
Didn't work with Inogen G5 oxygen concentrator

Strap broke after 1 month
It's a little big for the inogen g3 and pipe becomes kinked after a while as there's no hole for it but I decided to give it a go as it does help being a rucksack...however after 1 month and return timeline run out one of the straps has ripped ! Poor quality bag I'm afraid

a bit too big for Inogen One G3
UPDATE AFTER A FEW DAYS' USE: As mentioned by many other users, this bag makes my Inogen One G3 extra hot after just 30 minutes, which results in the battery stops charging, any longer than that the machine may stop working due to overheating. After some careful observation, I found out that at the front of the bag, there is a solid panel just covering the bottom cooling vents. The bottom of bag is also insulated (why?!) with a rather thick piece of foam, which is holding in all the heat from the motor, vents and battery, which are all located towards the bottom of the machine! So for the bag to work I did some DIY to it: 1) I removed the foam from the bottom of the bag 2) I punched loads of eyelets into the front panel and the now empty bottom panel. RESULT: problem solved! I have now tested the machine in the bag for over 1 hour now, no noticeable heat, battery charging non-stop, machine working normal. So overall I can only give this product 2 stars for its price and functionality. Of course you can fork out over £150 for an Inogen branded backpack, but for something supposed to keep a life support machine to work 24/7, this bag clearly has a lethal design fault. I understand as a universal fitted case it must consider various size and shapes of oxygen concentrators, however it is very big for a Inogen One G3, which is the only one I have. For the oxygen cannula to feed out you must leave the front pannel zipper on the left open for about 10cm from the top. Since this may cause accidental opening of the front all the way to the bottom, which may cause the concentrator to fall out, I placed a safety pin just under the zipper head to stop it from sliding down any further. It will also help if you have a SALTER OXYGEN TUBING SWIVEL CONNECTOR MALE TO FEMALE 1225 (1225 / C2S3) to stop the cannula getting kinky. Comfort wise it dose cut under the armpit a bit if you like to wear it tighter. The side zipper pocket is just the right size for the charger, and the open pocket on the other side can be quite handy for a water bottle and/or an umbrella. Overall nice product, with room for improvement.

Unfit for purpose
I did like the backpack, although it was a bit large for the inogenone G5, however, because the lid hen closed forces the cannula down and creates a link, it prevents the sensor detecting breath and does not ( cannot) supply the required oxygen. I noticed also that after one hour of use it got very hot and although no alarm was triggered, it began to become uncomfortable. The weather was only mild!. Returned as unfit for purpose. A hole in the lid would make this a good buy, providing the heat problem was not excessive or usual?

ottimo e robusto
