Great for strong readers who love sports
A heads up: check the publishing date, so you don't end up with a book full of old records. If the kid you're buying this for follows the magazine series, this might be too out of date for them. Hopefully there's an updated version in the future.I bought this as a birthday present for a 7 year old. For some it might be tough due to unfamiliar terms or names, but those aren't too hard to work through together. The kid in question now knows more about football than I do, and knows it! But learning from one another is another type of fun.The color photos and page layout style were familiar from another book in this series. (Top 10 of Everything Sports) So I wondered if it would appeal, or just be too much of the same. I knew I chose well when this was the book that went upstairs for late night / early morning reads. (It can't quite compete with Captain Underpants, but really, what does these days? :) )

Fun Book
My 8 year old son loved looking through this book. I’m not a football fanatic like he is, and I even enjoyed it. It had a lot of fun, entertaining trivia- football movies, nicknames, etc.
