How do I wash and dry it to keep it looking new ? Will it shrink or lose shape?

Which weight should I choose — 165, 250, or 320 g/m²?

165 g/m² — active pursuits, travel, spring/summer, 40–60°F. 250 g/m² — cold weather, most outdoor activities, 25–45°F. 320 g/m² — frost and low activity, 10–35°F, extreme conditions. Rule: the higher the activity level — the lighter weight.
