So far info stated; "PEX Manifold adapters supplied with the manifold are compatible with any type of PEX tubing - no special adapters needed," this is not true.They also state under;10 Branch PEX Manifold Radiant Floor Heating Set Stainless SteelThis PEX Manifold is a stainless steel 10 Loop Radiant Manifold kit Features include body flow meters with adjustable flow rates, isolation ball valve with 1" NPT thread made of high-quality brass forging, stem thermometers for both isolation ball valves, automatic air purge valves, 1/2" compression connectors, and mounting brackets. Each port is spaced 2" apart and has its own turn off valve.The 20 each 1/2 " compression connectors stated above "do not" come with this product. Not only that but I've been emailing back and forth with these folks and their responses come from somewhere out in left field. They do not answer questions nor take responsibility for the advertising and sale of their product. They have absolutely no idea what product they are selling and can't answer the simplest of questions about it. I have the feeling my emails are being responded to by a computer. I'm not sure what to say or how to respond to them anymore? They have left me without any choice except to complain to visa and reverse charges.
