Stopped gripping after 5 months
The mug falls over easily after 5 months. I have since tried cleaning the base with a wet cloth but it doesn’t stick anymore. A shame, it was great while it worked.

Good in Heat/cold retention but...
Product is as described as good in retaining heat/cold for long hours, but cleaning the lid is a big headache and it looks really dirty after you finish your smoothie...

The new lid is not my cup of tea.
The recent modifications to the lid locking/unlocking mechanism do not align with my expectations and are not satisfactory.

Major heat dissipation
I have a silver stainless steel mighty mug, and it works perfectly. This product however turns hot when pouring a hot drink, and barely contains the heat for an hour. Potential defect, great to get some guidance on why this particular product fails to contain the heat.

Great all rounder
Brilliant all round. Use it daily for commuting as there's no spill. During the day as it keeps its temperature. Perfect for working on reception. As in a regular mug your drink is often cold by the time you get to it. Winner!

Es un termo de muy buena calidad.
Excelente calidad. El termo no se cae cuando lo golpeas por accidente. Ya en una ocasión por accidente le di un golpe a in termo con café y se derramo en el teclado de mi MacBook y tuve que pagar una costosa reparación. Además conserva la temperatura ( caliente o frío) micho más tiempo del que yo esperaba. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Love the mug. Not so much the lid.
I love my Mighty Mugs.This is my 3rd. The first 2 were the older plastic generation, and if I'm honest, I much prefer the lids on the old ones.The body of the mug is excellent. Nice look and feel, and the thermal insulation is spot on.But the new lids are not for me. The button to open the lid is really quite tough to click and the mechanism to drink from any side tends to just cause the drink to glug rather than flow.The "untippable" vacuum mechanism is also not as good as the original. The original was effortless to pick up every time. The new one is a bit finicky sometimes.Plus, they're getting a bit pricey now. My origial Mighty Mug was £13.50. 2nd was about £18. This new lot are around £35. For £35, I expect perfection, and the lid is holding it back for me.
