Will this bond to brass? And is it waterproof?

It comes in little sticks and you cut off a piece about how big you'll need, knead it together until both colors are mixed, then press it into place. JB Weld made it famous in the eighties. It would be best if the other surface is porus I don't believe a brass on brass bond would be very strong. As far as water proof . No CA glue is water proof. It may handle some water contact but eventually it will fail sooner then later if it's submerged.
