Very happy with my purchase. Case fit well, but have to modify one section of case to allow one section of the cue stick to fix. Had to remove some styrofoam to make it fit.

Just received this case! Shipping was very fast, case looks very sturdy and holds my cue very well, does not rattle around like my last case. For the money I say it's totally worth it and I like the fact on how I can lay my cue down instead of sliding in a tube. Plus most people at pool halls have very similar cases and someone walked out with mine one time by accident because we had the same style case, so this one will definitely be different than the rest and easy to spot when your out.

Was happy with overall product. One item was had to modify chalk hole. That was disappointing as chalk ( in This case blue diamond) size hasn’t changed. Cue fits nice without joint protectors but may have to modify if that is your preference

Great case, had to "modify" where the chalk is located as it was too small, but still happy with purchase.

Note to seller - this was not the sellers fault, but Amazon sent me a completely wrong item first time I tried to order this cue case. I received "fuse beads". I don't even know what they are. But I returned them using the Amazon returns process. Then Amazon tried to charge me for not returning the cue case! Pretty hard to do that seeing as I never received it. Although it was very difficult to get through to speak to a person at Amazon they sorted the problem straight away. Apparently their systems cant cope when a wrong item is sent out! I received my refund very quickly and re-ordered the cue case. When i eventually received the cue case, I found that it's exactly as pictured. It's a well made, smart, and unobtrusive item. I'd have preferred if the foam holder bit inside was stuck down, rather than being loose, but I can and will sort that myself easily enough using glue. I'm happy with the purchase. I ordered this item because it seems to be very difficult to find half split cue cases, and this was the nicest one available. All the others were those cheaper soft zip up cases, that don't last long.

Chalk hole doesn’t fit any chalk as it’s too small. The length is quite tight, so if you have a longer type joint e.g. radial, your butt may not go in with the protector. Shaft slot is snug, won’t fit a joint protector at all. Other than that, it’s mostly fine. They should extend by a cm more and cut a bigger hole for the chalk.
