I am currently taking 200 mg about an hour before bed to help with sleep. I have been doing this for about 5 days now and noticed that my body and mind feel calm and relaxed, my sleep now is much better as I was waking every 2 hours and finding it difficult to doze back off. The last couple of nights I have managed 4 hours before waking and then going straight back to sleep. Highly recommend these for people who find it difficult to sleep. I have noticed that I am dreaming but after googling that I read that it just means we are in a deeper sleep.

For me it has worked for reducing Anxiety, not a lot for sleeping.

If you suffer from sleeplessness caused by nerves or anxiety, it didn't work for me, my doctor gave me phenergan which isn't addictive, it worked for me only if I stopped worrying about things, it may be different for other people, recommended !

I bought this to try to help my sleep, I can definitely say its just done that. I'm now getting good quality sleep on one tablet per night, two tablets and I sleep like a log with no horrible feeling in the morning.

Have just received my second order of this product as am happy with the results - no more night time leg cramps and better sleep even taking only one each night before bedtime.
