This supplement was extremely beneficial for my elementary aged son when I purchased initially. I am rating it a 3 however because I noticed when I ordered it again Nov 2025 , the label had changed slightly but the medication was not as effective with the new bottle. I’m not sure if the potency was less but it worked significantly less. I placed an order through Dr Amens website for a new bottle and will return with a review. Perhaps the bottles sitting at the amazon facility are stale and old therefore less effective
