Good afternoon, The grout pen is made for you to pull out the nip at the tip of pen and turn it around no damaged caused by doing this

Q: how long will it last. Does it wash out when you mop

I just bought a few new pens to touch up my last coat that has lasted three years! These are amazing and worth the work every few years. The grout we stained is in our bathroom which is exposed to moisture daily and mopped weekly.

Q: Can i seal it after i use the miracle grout pen?

Hello-Yes. You can use one of our water based sealants (Tile, Stone & Grout Sealer or 511 H2O Plus to apply over the the Grout Pen.Thank You-MSCTechnical Support Team

Q: How well will this work on a Shower ceiling? I'm afraid applying like that won't allow the "ink" to come out.

It won't work. The liquid will not flow properly.
