I really like it. It has a fresh, natural taste and makes my mouth feel very clean. I also like that it is made with herbal ingredients, so it feels like a healthier choice.It’s also gentle on my gums. Overall, it’s a great toothpaste and I would recommend it.

I switched to Himalaya Botanique Complete Care to get away from artificial chemicals, and I'm glad I did. The mint flavor is gentle and refreshing rather than harsh, and the smooth, low-foam formula took only a few days to get used to. Cleaning performance has been solid — my teeth feel clean after every brush, plaque stays under control, and breath stays fresh for hours. The neem and pomegranate ingredients feel purposeful, not just a marketing gimmick. It's also fluoride-free, SLS-free, and cruelty-free, which was a big draw for me. The one honest caveat: don't expect noticeable whitening. It keeps teeth looking clean and healthy, but it's not a whitening toothpaste. For the price, it's one of the better natural toothpaste options out there. Highly recommend if you're looking to make a cleaner switch without sacrificing performance.

When I found Himalaya Botanique I was pleasantly impressed and happy that I finally found a toothpaste that I could get on board with as far as clean and safe ingredients and the feeling fresh factor was also big for me. This is the best toothpaste I have come across, so far, I have tried the peppermint and spearmint, and they are both great and I feel safe giving this to my husband to use for his daily toothpaste and I feel safe using it as well. I recently discovered that many mainstream toothpastes that are on the market today have a known carcinogen in it this is called "Titanium Dideoxide". I am happy to say that this toothpaste DOES NOT contain that awful ingredient. After my husband was diagnosed with cancer for the 2nd time, I quickly went through all the items in our bathroom & home and went on a rampage of researching and replacing many of our everyday items such as our toothpaste. I tried many different ones on the market at big box stores or grocery stores that I had thought and was always led to believe were good for you. Only to find out that many did not have clean or good ingredients in them and many of them that claimed to be clean ingredients did not taste good or make my mouth and breath feel and smell fresh. My mind was blown that for years we all have been using toothpaste with "titanium dioxide" which is not safe for us I thought to myself how is this ok...no wonder why so many people get sick with cancer or many other issues such as endocrine disrupters and I am sure the list goes on and on...how is the FDA letting these companies get away with this!? I exclusively use this toothpaste and have for years now. I used to get mouth ulcers from my previous toothpaste, Oral, but not with this. It’s affordable, has clean enough ingredients, and lasts me months. DO NOT WIPE ON CLOTHES!

I really like this toothpaste. Clean and fresh. The price is decent. It is a bit strong in flavor, kinda eye watering. If it weren't, I would give it 5 stars. I do like the cinnamon flavor.

Wonderful taste, perfect consistency, delightfully smooth, and just the right amount of "foam" to make for a very enjoyable toothbrushing experience that leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean.

LADIES PSA**** I have always felt like toothpaste never helped brush my teeth. Like they never felt clean. Iykyk. I’m 31 and just found out that of course toothpaste doesn’t consider women and our ph. Regular toothpaste isn’t formulated for our fluctuations in acidity. I bought this on a whim two years ago. I’m still using it till this day. This is the only product I will never run out of. It will always stay stocked. It actually makes my mouth feel clean and no bad coffee breath. It doesn’t sting and isn’t too strong. The quality of this product is amazing. It never separates or has a different consistency. Some natural products tend to do that. But this always has a consistent color and freshness. I can’t get enough of this toothpaste and I try to always tell my female friends! AND AS A PLUS THE PACKAGING **** my crafting girlies get it lol I keep the box for arts and crafts! Lol or to reuse for gifts <3

I chose this toothpaste because doing some research on other main brands such as Crest and sensodyne that are highly suggested by Dennis I found out that there's a lot of foreign chemicals in them that are bad for your teeth and gums. I chose this particular brand because one of the things that mentioned was all natural and silicate free which is the stuff that causes bacteria to run rampant in your mouth. As far as the quantity it's very good because it's very foamy and if you've used just a small amount on your toothbrush it'll last you for an entire brush so I still have a whole tube and a half left. As far as winding I couldn't really tell you if it works cuz my teeth were white prior to usage but I can tell you that it makes you feel refreshed afterwards when you use it. Unlike a lot of main brand toothpaste it doesn't leave that nasty alcohol aftertaste that you get from those toothpaste and if you do happen to swallow a little bit it doesn't make you feel sick afterwards. I find this a good remedy to anyone who's trying to take better care of their teeth or is having teeth issues and doesn't want to use the nasty main brands that cause these problems. The size is pretty fair for the price you're paying and I got two for about 20 bucks came pretty quickly so I can't lie I will definitely be using this again down the road when I run out.

Enfin un dentifrice 100% naturel et sans FLUOR efficace. Je le souligne. Pourtant j'en ai essayé des chers des moins chers en gel avec de micro billes ect... mais aucun n'alliaient le rapport qualité prix et l'aspect sans fluor et 100% naturel... même l'emballage m'a blufflé tout carton recyclé ! Le goût menthol tient longuement. Le tube fais 175g soit le double de celui que l'on peut acheter en boutique bio pharma ou GMS. Je vais en rachetr pour toute la famille.

On s’attend à quelque chose d’extraordinaire vu la description mais malheureusement c’est pas ça. Les goûts ne sont pas très prononcés sauf celui du menthol

Best “healthy” toothpaste ever. The cinnamon is amazing if you’re not a huge fan of mint. Might feel a little of soap flavor a few minutes after brushing.
