Trying to use the damn thing isn't as easy as you'd think. The instructions are baffling to me & every time I'm trying to use it when running or at the gym i cant see the screen clearly enough as its too dark & keeps switching off just as the readings come up on the screen. Also, the results it displays are sporadic when you can see them. The heart rate BPM didn't match any of the equipment is was using once so have no idea of the device is accurate to the equipment I'm using, which to be fair is all new equipment at fairly new gym. The pace counter doesn't work well either as if you are on a treadmill holding onto the side or support grips & your arm isn't swinging its not counting the steps.The only plus really is the battery life. This is clearly because it turns the screen off after 3-5 seconds every-time your trying to read any results.Wish I'd spent a bit more money & got something easier to use with a screen you can see the results on.

I liked the slimfit of this , bit difficult to see the screen but that could be my eyes.. worked well with the app good read out ,wearing all the time and noticed it had stopped buzzing to tell me to move it was only then I realised the screen display had stopped working. Looked on app info still showing shame it didn't last 12 months but for the price maybe I was just unlucky the strap has held out unlike some of the other reviews on here.

Really pleased with this fitness tracker until the strap fell off. The actual watch had broken so no chance to just replace the strap. Disappointed but as I say the actual tracker itself was easy to set up, use and download.

The fittings on for the straps on this fitness tracker broke on both sides rendering the tracker unusable.

I bought two smart watches. One in black and grey. Impressed with the packaging. Nice box which contains the watch and user munual. The watch very nicely designed. My watch only came charged and on. My husband watch has to be charged. Downloading the app is easy but I was having a hard time in connecting the Bluetooth. There I sent a email and the representative name Amy was very helpful and it was late at night around 11ish. She was great and gave me some lessons on how to use the watch. Very good customer service which is a plus. I hope a update on the app came come soon. I feel like it's not to accurate and should be more user friendly. Once again, worth buying for the price.
