Can I put only water or it have to be with hydrogen peroxide?

I am a medical assistant and we use these at work. Yes you need to do 50/50 warm water and hydrogen peroxide . Warm water to soften the wax and peroxide to loosen it so it will come out.

Can i clean my dogs ears with this kit?

I would say no. I would consult with your vet before you do anything like that.

Are all the items in this product latex free?

Nothing in the set is obviously made of latex. There is a plastic hose and plastic tips to put on the end of the hose.
