I love this product!! I use it on myself every night before bed. I have a metal headboard that I can use for leverage and it helps so much with my neck! It does a gentle stretch and decompresses my whole spine. I love stretching and this is one thing you cannot do alone unless you have this kind of product. I love that I can do it myself.

This actually works very well. Low price and does the job. I use if several times a day on my patients.

I don’t care for the velcro, it helps to adjust it but I wish it was just adjustable because if it’s not secured correctly the Velcro rips off and hurts your neck, and DO NOT PUT IT ON YOUR HAIR. Common sense you would think but no so common. But once it is placed correctly it works GREAT. If you start to hear it rip off just slowly release it because it will hurt quite a bit if it rips off. As long as it’s used and placed correctly it’s a miracle worker.

This neck stretcher works great! It’s simple to use and provides noticeable relief after just a few sessions. The design is comfortable, and I can really feel the difference in my neck tension. I’m a crack addict. I crack the joints in my neck everyday, twist on chairs to pop my back, and foam roll my body on the upper back and neck to really ooze the tension from my muscles. Craving decompression… craving space. Nothing truly was everlasting. Massagers, cryoderm hot/ ice spray, tiger tub, rubber blue pressure point balls: all left me relaxed, but still trying to rub out the problem. My husband graciously said he’d yank me on what might look like a torture chamber to some. My eyes lit up and I strapped in (See below). He aligned his slow, steady, and low to the ground pull with my deep exhale breathe. My body let the tension oozing with a deep sigh of relief. When you feel that vertebrae pop gently into place… When you know your headaches gonna go away… When you actually have giddy anticipation for sleep because you know you’re gonna ptfo “… You will know that $32.99 were the best dollars ever spent. Cracked the code, indeed. ** putting it on is kinda confusing. So the main big part: in one hand have somebody hold the handle and then the participant lays down belly up. The the soft part of that strap on the base of their neck. Put the soft part of the attachable strap on your neck, and Velcro it to the main strap. Make sure your eyes are tucked in right, hair is out of the way ect… then close your eyes and start relaxing and breathing. Having somebody start pulling and ba da bin ba da boom.

Does not do as stated. Pulls hard on the chin and not on the back of the head to pull the neck.

it is exactly what our chiropractor uses for therapy. it is a two-person requirement. I strong support and advise those in need to consider for home use.

Very satisfied with this purchase. I honestly think everyone should have one to relieve neck stiffness and tension. It was a little confusing to figure out at first, but I found a quick tutorial on YouTube. After using it, I felt so relieved and honestly happy, it really works!

Works great. The bag for it is too small. and you do need to be carful if there is a sharp tug, so that you don't bang your teeth together. chin strap a little difficult but does stop slipping.

I never leave reviews but this one deserves it. It is absolutely brilliant. I wanted something I could use myself and all the other lever based door or pulley systems are shyte. The harness on this looked good so I figured I would use a dremmel and cut the PVC piple/handle and then loope the strap over a door stop etc. Well, first off the harness is EXCELLENT. And just so happens that once I center the PVC Pipe, I can toss it over a door, CLOSE the door and then all I have to do is let my body drop - and I get a fantastic stretch. The chin stap is a velcro attachment ro the occipital/skull strap so you can get it perfectly sung as you like. Remember to FACE THE DOOR when you stretch (let your body drop) because you want to create space at the back of the spine. DO NOT hang with full body weight - I dont think the strap can take it and it is also completely unnecessary and you can injure yourself. Just use your legs to give the degree of support needed for a good stretch. I am 6 feet and the size is perfect for me to just toss it over a door, close the door and drop by body for a good stretch.
