Delicious!

Good cheese it's got a better price then the store

Do not buy
I was a cheese monger for 7 years. This Ossau Iraty had been frozen, old, and had never been taken care of. It was beyond a disappointment for me. For $50 a pound it should be a pristine piece of cheese.

Disappointed
I was very disappointed when the cheese was delivered, I thought I was getting a wheel like displayed in the picture.... but all that came was a small wedge, for $24.39
