Great self defence weapon against a child
Bought my youngest a lightsaber (obiwan kenobis) and he won't stop hitting me with it. So I bought this one itself defence and it worked well I had away of scaring him off as well as a way to have fun.Edit: the git has manged to hid it from me and refuses to tell me where it is! I promise this not where I admit defeat against this gremlin I call a son.

Brillant toy
A toy worth recommending. It can be disassembled into many elements, it has a flashlight inside. Great sounds and lights. Lots of fun. Good quality plastic, nice colors. Not too heavy for a 7 year old. Requires 2 batteries.

Seems to be a manufacturing fault with length
I had 2 of these items and both suffered from the same problem of being unable to extend to full length. The top section had a ridge which only allowed it to extend halfway. I ended up removing the bottom of the top blade section allowing it to extend to a more realistic size.
