Really keeps your medication cool for long periods of time
This device really works. I traveled to Europe last October, but my connections inside the U.S. got us delayed. Therefore, the total travel time extended to almost 15 hours. When I finally arrived at my hotel and was able to open the canister, the medicine was as cold as when I first put it in my backpack. I was so thankful. Additionally, I did not have any problems with TSA or European customs. I simply pulled it out from my backpack and put it in a tray. No problems whatsoever. The bright blue color also helped me distinguish it from the other items in my bags. The design and size are appropriate for the purpose of carrying medicines that need to be cold. I read other reviews where the users did not freeze the inside element that is supposed to be frozen separately for eight hours. They took the whole device and put it in the freezer resulting in the inside bottle not being frozen. I felt the written instructions and drawings for proper cooling are well written to avoid this problem. I totally recommend this item to keep your medicine cold during long periods of travel. Just read the instructions and review the drawings carefully.

Great for my needs
I got this to take on vacation. I take a medication once a week that needs to stay cool. Despite forgetting to put the ice pack back into the freezer the night before, and the extreme heat at our destination, it was still cool when we arrived so I could put it in the fridge in our room. It is only big enough for the vial and I was able to put the one syringe I needed, but if I needed more than the one dose, I would have had to carry the extra syringes separately. Not a big deal, but maybe that helps explain the size left over for the medication after you put in the freezer pack.

10000/10 recommend
Absolutely love this! We put my fiances slow acting insulin in it in the fridge & the ice pack in the freezer & when we’re traveling we’ll put the ice pack in it & it’ll stay perfectly cold for hours! Not to mention we registered the “in case of loss” tag on it & now if we ever leave it somewhere, someone will be able to just scan it & give us a call to pick it up! SUCH A SMART THING TO INCLUDE! Perfect size, perfect fit. His favorite color! Durable! Will definitely be buying more when needed!

Insulin travel cooler.
It’s a great thing, but if I use the cool pack inside then I can only fit two pens in. If just storing for a short amount of time of to keep safe in your food cooler , then it would fit four pens without the cool pack. Works well, but has its limitations. Heads up if you are taking a lot of injectable's each day. This would contain enough for just over two weeks for me, but I take under 40 units each day. You might require a backup canister.

Great product!
Bought this for my shot to take on my Arizona vacation where it was going to be about 106 degrees daily. I froze the pack before my vacation took it out right before I left for the airport and it stayed cold for the next three days! I was shocked that this product worked and really happy with the performance. Definitely recommend!

Complete FAIL at keeping meds cool.
I knew I was in trouble by the time I got to the airport. It was obvious which side of the container the gel pack was in because that side felt much colder. If this container was very well insulated, it would have kept the cool inside. I shouldn't have been able to feel it conducting through like that. Sure enough, by the time I got to my destination, my meds were lukewarm. They were still clear, and this is not life-sustaining/critical meds, so I went ahead and used them. I still had one to get home and become concerned because we were checking out of the hotel hours before our departure flight. I was able to keep the entire container on ice until reaching the airport, but even that didn't keep the gel from melting. I know this because I got flagged by security for having a liquid. They wanted to double check that it was still frozen solid, as per guidelines. The TSA agent opened it up and I told him to be careful poking around as there was a pre-filled syringe inside and so he just handed it back to me after opening it. After that first flight landed it was time for me to inject and the med was clearly room temp. Net: Spend extra and get something better. This is no bargain as it won't keep medication cold even for 8 hours.

Good insulin transport
My dog is diabetic and her insulin requires refrigeration. I usually just ride my ebike to do small errands around town and bought this to transport her insulin back home from the vets. It works well for my purposes and now I don't worry about spoiling insulin before I get home.

Scam attempt from brainstrout.net
The product seems fine. Comes with a tag from Kekhealth that must be activated. DO NOT USE Upon activation they require a credit card, nothing should be charged. I received an alert from my bank for a charge of 59.06$ from brainstrout.net for Cable. Visa immediately canceled my card. I do not know who brainstrout.net is or what their relationship with Kekhealth is. BEWARE P.S. spent an hour trying to contact Amazon to report this scam but cant reach anyone but the chat bot - no help at all. They should be made aware of this potentially hazardous situation

Great product
I was looking for a cold storage container for plane flights so I didn’t have to ask the airline to refrigerate my Humira pens on flights as I would prefer to have these with me at all times. I tested the product by freezing the freezer block then placing the container on the kitchen bench for 2 days wrapped in a cloth. Day temps around 25/27 degrees celcius. After 2 days I opened to find the freezer block still completely frozen with an inside temp of 1-2 degrees. Very impressive! Feel confident that the medication will stay cool for 48 hours while travelling.

Its shows 48 hour but not even work for 6 hours
It is completely different from what it is mentioned in details because it doesn't hold the 48 hours beg for 5-6 hours so not satisfied with product and no return policy its waste of money
