These are not good quality plastic. The tips dull easily and the head has a tendency to strip before the anchor can be fully driven into the wall. I've used brand names from big box stores previously and have never experienced these problems with those.

While self-tapping anchors like this usually do the job, these didn't. Even after drilling a pilot hole, these refused to screw into the wall.One I thought was in broke off. An old one I had in my toolbox did the job so I know it was not my lack of skill that caused the problem. Sent these back they were so useless they would not be helpful for the rest of the pictures I wanted to hang.

These drywall anchors look like others I have used, and since they are cheaper I ordered them. But in actual use they are completely useless. The tip of the device doesn't open when the screw is fully screwed in, meaning the expansion doesn't happen (look at the pointed part of the anchor. It's not separated.) This leaves the anchor depended on the screw part only, which is very weak.i went to Lowes and bought another brand which has the end that splits and it worked 500% better.

These were a good deal BUT, you get what you pay for. These were not as good of quality as the ones I normally buy in the hardware stores. That being said, I wouldn’t trust them to hold their maximum stated. They have worked ok so far for a shelf, but I tried using them for a mirror and they were no good.

Not totally thrilled with them. I've had others that performed better. They seem to struggle to break thru and get started in the drywall. I found drilling before helps, but that defeats the purpose of these self tapping type opposed to the other style of drywall anchors.

Product wasn't made very well with voids in injection molding and mismatched mold seams making installation tough. The plastic was inferior and bendy with several of the ones I used breaking before they were half way driven into standard 1/2 inch drywall. Order the name brand product if you want installation without these issues. I was able to get my product done but doubt that they could be counted on for more than 50% of load rating.

I love these! So easy to use. I do use a cordless drill to put them in. It doesn't break them. They can not be reused though. I recently removed a dozen from floating shelves I rearranged. The screw could be used again, but the anchor would take too much work to use again.

Head broke off of multiple anchors at the end of being screwed into the wall. Several were not strong enough to even be drilled in. Found some older anchors (same design but bought these at Home Depot) and they went into the same wall quick and easy. Ended up throwing the entire bag of the Homedone anchors in the trash and will head back to Home Depot.
