I'm using it in my Keo Vegan Protein Bars (see picture of blueberries bar) as emulsifier and source of fiber. It binds the bars perfectly with chewy texture and no after taste.It provides 1g of Net Carb per serving which is great for Keto Diet.The only reason I gave it 3 stars is the price. Way too high.

I buy so much on Amazon. This is great for my protein bars. Makes them chewy and so good. I recommend. Happy with my purchase.

I'm taking this to lower my cholesterol. Don't know if it's working yet, but in the meantime, it really tastes good-it mixes well with hot and cold drinks. I'm happy
