Very handy tool. Sure beats having to wait on the city water service to come out. I brought two of them, just in case, I miss place one.

Much Easier Than Reaching Into the Meter Box With Pliers
I bought this specifically to shut off the water at the meter outside my house, and it fit the shutoff in my community without any issues. โ๏ธ Fits my residential water meter shutoff โ๏ธ Long enough to reach into the meter box โ๏ธ T-handle provides good leverage โ๏ธ Includes a separate utility key โ๏ธ Inexpensive tool to keep around To be fair, I probably could have turned my shutoff with a decent pair of pliers. The advantage of this tool is the 17-inch reach. I don't have to reach down into the meter box and try to grab the valve with pliers at an awkward angle. The T-handle also makes turning the valve simple, and the tool feels plenty strong for something I'll hopefully only need occasionally. For the low price, I'd rather keep this in the garage and have the proper tool ready whenever I need to shut the water off.

I love the long handle would recommend
Thankfully, I havenโt needed to use it. But I did try it and it seems to work well I built a deck and itโs over the main water hatch so I installed a ships hatch and I am able to open it and reach with this long handle. I would recommend.

Very sturdy and well made
Product seems sturdy and works well. The opening was a bit wide for my meter so put it in a vice and brought it in a bit. Seems like it will last a long time.
