Maybe a month and a half into school and the backpack is tearing apart at the top seam....my kindergartner definitely doesn't have anything that heavy in there.Update: Contacted seller and they did refund a portion of the cost even though the product was clearly beyond the return window. It really is a cool looking backpack and my kid loved it, just wish it had held up better. Good to see a seller standing behind their product!

Cheaply made. Zipper gets stuck in fabric nonstop!

I haven’t used this product yet but am already displeased with it right out of the package. I ordered this superhero themed stuff for my son and both of the items are glittery. When you move the items they actually shimmer. I would absolutely send it back but he is so excited to show off his superhero stuff to his friends at school. Highly disappointed because no where in the discription or the pictures does it say or show glitter. Guess we will see how items hold up,
