Great pre workout for focus
I’ve been working out for a long time and have used so many pre workouts I’ve lost count. I truly love this stuff, it doesn’t make me at all jittery or weird. It just makes me feel alert and focused. Great price and quality product! Would recommend for sure

Fine, but for the money I expected more
- The taste is .. well it’s not good. I don’t expect a lot from the flavor department (pre workouts in general tend to taste very synthetic), but the Pink Lemonade tastes like a tub of chemicals- Value is pretty fine, not good or bad compared to the market- Overall effectiveness is underwhelming. I typically use MuscleTech Vapor X5 (Blue Razz), and this Kaged pre is noticeably worse. I usually start my daily routine with 30min on the water rower, and I found myself crashing out around min 25 (and this is before I start lifting). Never had that sensation with MuscleTech. Other variables were unchanged (ie same time of day, same calorie intake prior to working out, same mood, etc). Vapor X5 is about half the price - I’ll be going back to ol’ reliable once I finish this can

Poor quality
They put way too much. B12 went to the doctor had some blood work done she said my B12 was was to high. They use this as a cheap filler to rip you off. My opinion. Never again. Plus if you order from them directly, their packaging is horrible. Always have open product.They just put it in a box with one piece of paper and it rattles all over in the box

My favorite Pre-workout
I use this product 4-5 times a week for lifting. Because of my size (155 lbs) and the amount of caffeine I usually only take 1/2 a scoop. This gives me the energy to lift an hour and run for 30 minutes without the jitters or a crash after. I have been taking this product for over 4 years and would recommend it for serious lifters. My favorite flavor is the orange followed closely by the apple crisp. Stay hard
