Some people just love to write negative comments. It’s amazing. Buy it came perfectly in a package no damage.1. Light up the vase not the ingredients.2. If the vase isn’t lighting up or taking time, apply little ghee on side and it will be fast.3. Keep it in a container like a metal plate because when it’s done ashes will fall all over.4. To get proper use out of it stand in front of it and chant OM NAMAH SHIVAY. It will give better results.
