Tasty
It’s very tasty and spicy. Wish they would sell some more.

Nice spicy cranberry sauce - yum.
Give the bottle a shake and pour it on just about any white meat and plenty of other food items. I used it with pork when I tried it.You'll taste cranberries, Habanero Peppers and ginger with a vinegary tang. Surprisingly, the ingredients go really well together.It isn't "mouth on fire, need first aid " hot, but has a lovely heat to it. Perfect in winter.

Not what I expected
Look don't get me wrong. I love The Sauce Shop and I'm an advocate of everything they stand for. I buy every one of their new releases and I'll always support independent businesses who work hard to get where they are. The Sauce Shop are great people but for me this Sauce just doesn't work. I tried it with a chicken burger and I just couldn't finish it. It has a good kick to it and that's enjoyable, however I think it's too bitter and too thin. I think it needs to be more like a ketchup instead of a thin Sauce. This is the only Sauce Shop Sauce I've been disappointed with but you have to give them credit for trying to be innovative and different. I'll still support them with everything they do but I won't be buying this one again.

Get it on Hot Ones!
I love my hot sauces and for me, the mark of a good sauce is balancing the flavour with the heat - this sauce really does that well. Great flavour, with the cranberry really coming through before the heat.This would probably sit in the 3 sport in the Hot One's line-up (if you don't know about Hot One's, got to YouTube).If you like Cranberries and you like Hot Sauce, then this is the perfect cross-over.

Not enough heat
Not a pleasant flavour, too acidy, not enough heat. After trying the sauce, I binned it

Rotten
I have purchased numerous Sauce Shop sauces but this one was rotten as tasted nothing like Cranberry hence it got poured down the sink!

Very short shelf life
Was bought as a table gift for Christmas but very disappointed with the shelf life. End Jan 2023 so the recipient will not get a lot of use before this date is up

Chilli and Cranberry, a surprising match
Tasty sauce with a lovely cranberry flavour and a good amount of heat without being overbaring. Doesn't suffer from being overly sweet like most cranberry sauces. Banging on poultry
