Brewed a cup before bed, it does smell strong but tastes like a good, rich, green tea.I felt it working within an hour, not in a bad way, just stomach noises and bubbling.By noon the next day I definitely had to go. It wasn't overly liquid, had enough warning to get the bathroom. There has been some light cramping, but nothing that I've experienced before.I will report back with any updates.

I love that it doesn’t make my stomach hurt but it helps me go daily, nothing runny just normal.It also tastes great specially when I add some honey to it. Will be getting it again since it is affordable.

There is nothing wrong with the product. I'm frustrated because an attempt to deliver my product was unsuccessful. They DID NOT TRY TO DELIVER TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS. AND FOR THE AMAZON DRIVER TO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THAT BOTHER'S ME. HOW ARE YOU A DRIVER DELIVERING PACKAGES. IM STILL WITHOUT MY PRODUCT. NOT JUST THIS TEA. AND THE WEBSITE. FORGET ABOUT THAT ITS LIKE A FRICKEN MAZE TRYING TO FIND HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM ABOUT MY SITUATION...Uhhhhh so mad.

I got this product because I saw one my Instagram followers use it to detox. I thought it would be like a full detox drink that you use and stay home for the next 3 hours ha. For me I got the extra strength one and I noticed I do have to go to the bathroom maybe about 1-2hrs after drinking one tea bag but its not an "omg I need to hurry now" but a natural "hey you gotta go to the bathroom when you see one lol. The tea is good every once in a while, I wouldn't use it too much because then you'll just dehydrate yourself. I use it more when I travel a lot and get a little constipated or during my menstrual cycle when hormones tend to stop the flow of things.

If you drink this at night the next day you will most definitely have a good BM. Also good for people who are fasting and cleansing although you must not overdo it. I like to take this once in awhile just to clear out the pipes so to speak. Flavor is not terrific but you can add things like cinnamon or other flavors to it but not milk please! I wouldn't do that it doesn't belong with a tea That's geared to clear your bowels. If you take it at night make sure you're near a bathroom the next day as there will be a point where you will have to have to have to go unless you have some other problem with your dietary system that prevents that. Been using this product for a long time and unfortunately they don't sell it anymore in the stores that I have found so I'm glad Amazon had it. Some people will think it's like dieters too and maybe it is but I just like it to help me when I'm fasting or I've also used it before I did a colonoscopy cleanse. Got the ball rolling before I took the drinks that they make you take so I don't do it all on the same day. For example, if I have colonoscopy on a Friday then of course Thursday night you doing the drinking thing and pooping but on Wednesday I will drink it a cup of this so by Thursday I will be starting to relieve myself before taking the chemical stuff they give you to take. This is a more natural approach although I don't think it would be enough for the requirements of a colonoscopy cleanse. Good luck!

The tea taste was honestly not good. It caused really bad cramps, which i know can be a part of the process… but it just wasn’t good. I think that it’s like helping in a way but i don’t think the cramps are worth it.

I made my first cup of tea two days ago and drank it around 3 pm. It is 2 days later, and I finally am feeling the effects from it. I had no cramping or urgent BM the day I took the tea, or yesterday. Today, I had cramping and loose stools but nothing like what the reviewers described. The cramping is not severe AT ALL and the BM do not have me running to the bathroom. In fact, I noticed the cramping and urge to have a BM this morning when I was leaving my apartment to get to work. That was at 8:20 am. It is now 10:20 am and I finally had time to hit the restroom at work to relieve myself. A little disappointed because I was expecting this to really work some magic and relieve me from my weekend of horrible eating. My coworker drinks this regularly (ok maybe not everyday but it’s a staple in her house for when someone is backed up or needs a little aid in weight loss) and she said that sometimes it takes her a couple of days to work as well. So I’m assuming my experience isn’t totally abnormal. The tea once steeped STINKS. I can’t say how it tastes on its own because I was too scared to try it plain due to the smell lol. I added some Mio (orange flavored) to mine and it tasted pretty good. I didn’t have honey so I opted for this lol. I will continue to drink this and see if I have a better experience.***edited 2 days after original review***my coworker brought me some of hers because I wasn’t expecting to get mine as fast as I did. I tried it at work with no sweetener or flavor added and it’s fine. It also doesn’t smell. Maybe I didn’t steep mine long enough? Anyway, it’s been working more effectively (I’ve had two additional cups of this tea since original review was written). The cramps and urgency are getting a bit worse but still not severe.

I’ve been using tea from this brand for many years, and I’ve always been happy with the results, but this time I honestly don’t understand what happened. I drank four tea bags with a very small amount of water, and it didn’t do its job at all. Either my body has gotten used to this tea, or the tea just doesn’t work anymore. I’ll try it again to understand what’s going on.
