Cuisinart Fresh Fruit & Ice Cream Maker Attachment, White

I wanted to wait a little while before doing a review. Ive used it a couple times now and I think it's great for small portions. Maybe for 2 ppl. It's easy to use, clean and assemble. Just ensure it's fully frozen. If u have the space in your freezer, just leave it there until you need it. That way it will stay cold long enough to get the ice cream hard enough to handle. It's a good product. So far, no issues. I haven't used the fruit attachment as yet but I'm sure it'll be fine

My first batch turned out horrible. I had to throw it out. I used a recipe that used heated milk to help dissolve the sugar. I guess it wasn't cold enough because it just wouldn't get thick. Having your mixture in the fridge for 2 hours before churning is the key. I also wrapped the cannister with a heavy towel while churning which kept it cold. I think I could have made 2 batches since I insulated it. Ice cream came out nice and thick and creamy.

I bought this as a gift and they love it. I almost like this one better than my kitchen aid stand mixer ice cream maker. It's the perfect size and works perfectly to blend delicious homemade ice cream. Easy to store and doesn't take up much room.

It comes with an ice cream recipe book, and it’s very easy to use. The texture of the ice cream is creamy. Hands down the best ice cream. Read the instructions really well and you’ll have a new favorite thing to do.

This made the best egg free, sugar free soft serve, with just milk, allulose, vanilla, cocoa powder, heavy cream and a pinch of salt! Family liked mine better than the sugary one they made! Just be sure to freeze the bowl at least 12 hours between uses. Only drawback is the 12 hour wait, but one batch fills a quart container! So yummy! And no binders or artificial ingredients. Works great for my keto diet, or make with sugar for the kids if you want.

Have made a few recipes from the instruction manual. Have come out great!

I live this attachment for my cuisinart!! This makes awesome homemade ice cream!! Works very well - you can literally watch it thicken to ice cream as it is mixing.

Funciona muy bien, es un tanto complicado al principio su usas elementos algo grandes o duros (fruta congelada), pero bastante sencillo si esta en la temperatura adecuada y elementos sencillos.

We've have this unit for well over a month now. I've got a good routine, keep the bowl in the freezer at all time. As well as a ceramic pot with a lid that's the perfect size for all the Ingredients. This allows me to make ice cream within an hour of wanting a bowl. Perfect for those last minutes deserts. Very happy with this unit. Can't wait for the summer to get here so that we may use it more frequently.
