What is the plastic tube for that is supplied with the torch?

To hold a rechargeable battery if you decide to use one rather than the three AAA batteries which slot into the battery holder that is in the torch when you first open it up

is the led bulb a cree bulb

No branding on the LEDs. The torch works fine. But no idea if it’s a Cree LED.

Torch Not working - I have just unpacked the torch, added tne batteries as per instructions and it is not working. Any ideas?

Hi perhaps remove the batteries check that they are alternatively pointing in the correct way. I needed to put my glasses on to see the black on black markings on the batteries case.
