À peine reçu, j'ai affûté tous mes couteaux avec cet aiguiseur. Ils tranchent à présent comme des rasoirs! Peu encombrant, très stable grâce à sa ventouse à levier, facile d'utilisation et diablement efficace. De plus, des "pierres" d'affûtage de rechange sont disponibles à la vente. Je recommande donc vivement ce produit.
