Normally the XL (82x45x30 inch) fits 2 bikes and XXL(82x46x44 inch) is for 3 bikes.

It *should*. I have a 3 bike version covering a hybrid, a road bike, and a folded (large) pet stroller. For just the recumbent, you may want to go smaller as it can be bulky.

Q: Could this cover a special needs theee wheel Tryke?

This bike cover boasts 2 different sizes--- XL (82x45x30 inch for 2 bikes) and XXL(82x46x44 inch for 3 bikes), so you can easily fit it on multiple bikes at once! But you had better measure the size of your three-wheel Tryke.
