Yum 😋
I’m a vegetarian for years! I loved my chourico! However, I found this meatless version. I will say, it’s really delicious! Most Portuguese people who make their soups or sandwiches probably would disagree! I know my in-laws had theirs homemade! That’s a huge difference!I did eat like that back in the 80’s! But, no longer! Try it, it’s really good!

great texture and flavor (not too spicey)
First, don't follow the cooking directions on the package. It will affect the texture causing it to become mushy. Heat a small amount of oil approximately 1 tsp, then add the chorizo and cook on medium low for about 4 mins. Stirring the grounds until crispy. Then add scrambled eggs or beans. My family is made up of carnivores, vegetarians, and vegans. I fix one pan of chorizo with eggs and one with beans then set both pans on the table with a plate of tortillas. Everyone loves this easy peasy delicious breakfast.

My new favorite
Perfect to have chorizo available and I the amount you want. The flavor has a tanginess which I love! Not spicy at all.

Good but not wow
Honestly it tasted more like curry and it was pretty spicy. It’s not that bad though! I just added lots of sour cream to my tacos and it balanced it out

Great taste and texture
The texture of vegan meat products has gotten much better over the years, and this one's pretty credible. The bigger surprise was the taste. A few veggie chorizos I've used were pretty bland. This one has an assertive flavor and a welcome bit of heat, and it imparts plenty of taste to a dish.

Blown away
As someone who grew up eating chorizo on a weekly basis I can easily say this is the best tasting “chorizo” I’ve ever had. Others have said it’s spicy, but it isn’t, just flavorful. I just put a tiny bit of oil and fry up the chorizo, and it crisps right up. Love making breakfast burritos with this.

Not what I hoped.
The flavor profile wasn't what I was expecting. Wasn't as enjoyable as I was counting on.

Favorite Vegan Soyrizo!
Once I tried this soyrizo I was hooked. It's in bigger chunks than other brands so it's better for tacos, tofu scramble or a pizza topping. It has a lot of flavor, it's really delicious! And I love the fact that it's vegan.
