Missing items
The product I received is missing the height extension and the rubber base that supports the legs. It’s also shorter than the version sold in the US which I had. Makes me think that this is not the real Squatty Potty. Very disappointing!

Excellent product
My daughter’s doctor recommended this for her. She has struggled with digestive issues for quite a while and this was one part of her treatment. She (26 yo) was hesitant to use it at first but now says it’s made a huge difference in the working of her digestive system. It stores nicely below the bowel and is narrow enough that it doesn’t hinder access for non-users. It’s easy to keep clean and is very sturdy.

Helps with higher toilets going to the bathroom.
Great lil stool for using the toilet. They replaced our toilet with a taller model, I found it hard to use the bathroom for #2 after that. I talked to the plumber and said it's hard to sit comfortably, do you know what people do or buy - he said squatty potty. It helps a lot - I never needed it before but it's a must have now at home with a higher toilet.

Missing anti-skid rubber pads – unusable and no return option
The Squatty Potty I received from Amazon is defective: three of the four anti-skid rubber pads on the base legs are missing. This makes the unit unstable and unsafe to use. I contacted Amazon for a return or replacement, but they stated returns are not allowed for this item, so I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t function as designed. For the price, this is unacceptable quality control and customer service. Do not buy this unless you’re willing to risk receiving a defective product with no way to get it resolved.
