Best baking sheet for cookies!
I used a similar pan in a baking course I took in Paris last year. I had never seen a baking sheet like this before. I bought this one as soon as I got home. I had the BEST Christmas cookies ever!! Highly recommend it. So much better to use when baking cookies.

Half the price of Silpat Trays for macarons. Bonus is you can use for other bakes
I purchased for Macaron baking with the Silpat Macaron silicone sheets. But Silpat baking Tray has raised nearly $20 in just a year. The Silpat Macaron silicone sheets are the same as 3 yeaers ago. Worked well. Plus I can use to heat up pizza and get a crisp bottom crust instead of damp and soggy.

Excellent product and price
Great quality. Besides being a great baking pan, it fits in my Wolf convection steam oven in between the railings. The bonus was that it came with a plastic raised cover which serves well as a bottom tray to catch the condensation from steaming. Extremely happy with this purchase

Total letdown
Expected a lot from this pan, considering the price. Total letdown. Heats unevenly no matter what you do. Bottom goes scorched in minutes while the top stays pale and raw. First use and it came out permanently stained, like it had been through a decade of abuse. Tried giving it another chance, but it only got worse. Would send it back, but honestly it’s more trouble than it’s worth. Don’t bother with this one — you’re going to be disappointed.

Pan works well but a titch large for my oven
You can use this pan to "air fry" in your oven if you have a convection setting. But the pan is a bit oversized for my Australian oven (450x370 wall to wall). Still, it works fine on a tilt for chips/fries.
