This is the softest, most snuggly blanket on earth. It is temperature controlling to keep you at a steady temperature. They gray color is very nice.

It’s lovely, the color is accurate however I did not keep it due to the texture. It is thick and not soft. Feel like thick wool or craft felt. I bought a different one at Christmas for my sister that was much more luxurious and I will gift myself that one instead.

Silky soft!While it is thick and plushy, it isn't very warm, which is what I'm liking about it. Enjoying sleeping under a cozy blanket without getting overheated. My wooly cat, who also often happens to get too warm, loves it too -- he enjoys sleeping on top of it. Guess he can feel the body temperature regulation aspect of silk.

This is a beautiful silk blanket; it is warm & lightweight while providing the perfect amount of warmth on chilly nights. I live in a beach community where we are always cool and humidity high, so nighttime calls for more than just a sheet. I bought (through Amazon) a silk comforter and during this summer I took the cover off to make it lighter, now with the silk blanket turned back on the bed, I can pull it up to keep the chill of without adding weight. The feeling of this blanket is so nice and smooth. I wish that I could think of a reason to purchase another, (although I am working on that justification). The blanket on my bed gives a decorator touch because of the fringe.

Bought this for my mother. She is always cold, complains about scratchy wool throws, so I thought the silk would be lightweight and warm. She said it was soft, but not as warm as the wool throws she uses. I was disappointed! When I tried the throw, I could see what she meant, it was not as warm although the weave is close. My silk underwear is warmer than this throw and it is super thin! Would like to know why!
