Is this 4 boxes of 4 pouches? Or just one box with 4 pouches?

Hi there! One box with 4 pouches.

I received gogo squeeze applesauce and it is expired 12/20/2020. what should i do?

In my opinion live chat or call Amazon and ask for refund!

For "four count (pack of 48)", do you receive 48 pouches total or 48 boxes (each box containing 4 pouches)?

48 pouches total. 12 boxes of 4 pouches each.

I am.seeing 4 packs is all.you get then some say 12 packs please clarify this i hope i didnt pay for only 4 packs of applesauce?

If it the one for around $2.00, then yes, you purchased one 4 pack. The price is higher in the grocery store.
