This intercom works as expected and delivers clear sound. Installation was simple. The talk and listen functions respond quickly with no issues. It’s durable and well-made. Overall, it’s reliable unit and does the job.

Great replacement for the almond color one I had from 1990. My electrician easily installed it within seconds.

The only downside is that is comes only in off white not white but other then that it’s good

This works, but who mounts junction boxes sideways? I had planned on using this to replace panels as they failed in an apartment development, but the existing junction boxes are mounted vertically, like every box ever installed, and the holes in this panel are set up for a horizontally mounted box. I'd love to know the thinking behind that decision.

I really needed this for the buttons on it. The old system that my condo had is no longer made and the buttons got stuck and dry rotted. took the buttons and resoldered them onto the old unit. great value and solution to revive an ancient system.

I installed this myself. That was super easy. The old unit was low, but functional. This new unit beeps, you can’t hear or listen from either end. The plus side is, I can buzz. Thoughts???
