Favorite Baselayer!
Favorite wool baselayer! I work on the water in the PNW, so having a good base layer is necessary! I have 3 pairs of these and wear daily. They are comfy, stayput, and come in great colors! Super warm, soft, and great quality. Preferred over SmartWool. Fit is true to size.

Soft and Durable
I love these merino leggings so much! I have two pairs that I switch out. They are so so soft and warm. I have a different brand of merino leggings and they’re so itchy compared to these. I wash mine probably once a week (hang dry) and neither pair have any holes or thinning. I also love that they’re thin enough to wear under jeans and pants. I wear these all winter long! Will probably buy another pair :)

Really nice woolen base layer, no itch
Comfortable and WARM - just what you want in a wool base layer. Learned long ago that wool is a fabulous insulator even when wet, but didn’t think I could stand it next to my skin. These pants however are absolutely non-itch. I’ve worn them under slacks and under a dress and they kept me warm and cozy at 10 degrees F while I was outdoors and no overheating when I was indoors. Fit is as expected. I’m 5’4” and around 140 pounds and ordered a Medium and these fit well; so far I’ve had no concern with them sliding down when I’m wearing them with skirts or dresses.

Warm & cozy / loses shape & durablity
I really love these leggings - they are super soft, very warm, and flattering when you first put them on. You can wear them for days and days and they won't get smelly or look dirty. However, my experience is that they lose their shape throughout a wear. What I mean by that is: I wore them for a few days, and each time I put them on, I noticed they got baggier and baggier with each wear - especially behind the knees and butt area. The don't hold their shape until you wash, which restores them to their original shape and cozy fit. As far as the fit goes, the sizing chart recommended I go medium, but the small fit me much better. Given how baggy they get, consider going down a size. They attract any and all pet hair/fuzz. I returned a black pair and got a teal pair, because I found it impossible to keep them looking clean (thank you to our 3 cats). I've found that lint rolling/brushing while wet is most effective. Seller was understanding and professional when I returned the black pair. I was able to wear them in 40-55 degree F weather without an outer layer and didn't feel too bad. I wore them in 63 degree F weather and they got too warm. In terms of durability, avoid washing them with anything that could snag it, like velcro, as they snag easily (not unusual for merino wool base layers). The area where my thighs rub together seem to already be showing signs of wear. Some reinforcement there since it's an area that takes a beating would be ideal. And a sturdier band to hold them on the hips so they don't slip so much as they get baggy). I am really pleased with these overall despite the issues I've encountered! Price point is very reasonable when compared to competitor prices.

Great value!
My wife and I bought a 260 base layer set from Meriwool for our ski trip in Canada. It was early January and the temps ranged from -15 to about 20 degrees Fahrenheit. These worked really well while up on the mountain skiing/snowboarding. Since they were Merino Wool, we were able to get a few days out of them as well. For reference, we wore this as our base, then added an integrated light/mid puffer jacket and ski outer shell. For pants, we just used the base layer under the ski pants. This combo was perfect for the activity with temps between (-15 to about 20 F). I also picked up a pair of 250g/m Icebreaker pants as a second pair for the week. Overall, the Icebreaker was a bit more comfortable because the fit was more snug and they had a softer feel. I also found that it did not stretch out after wearing it as much as these pants did. That said however, the warmth and overall comfort when we were out and about was unnoticeable between the two so I would highly recommend the Meriwool layers if you are looking for a more budget friendly option. Lastly, for non-ski days and nights, I would recommend the heavier weight for the pants because we still felt cold walking around in low temps + wind conditions and you cant really layer pants. The 260 top is fine since you can.

Anti-pill, soft. Perfect base layer under leggings or jeans.
5’6, 115 lbs, 25 waist & 34 hips. I ordered a size XS. Had these for over two months and wear these weekly for work as a base layer under my leggings or jeans. They have held up wonderfully from continuous wear. They are warm but not warm enough to wear under leggings by themselves outdoors if it’s under 30 degrees. I Wash about once a week. I wash these on cold or warm setting and have always air dried on the drying rack. The XS is a perfect a snug fit for me but not constricting. I have a red pair in Small and those are slightly too baggy for me to wear under leggings. Love this brand! I also own a medium base layer leggings and two base layer long sleeve tops and a hat for over a year. No complaints and they have all held up great.

Nice, but arrived danaged
First, the positive... These seem to be very nice quality, and I have had years of wool wearing with extensive experience to base that on. They are also soft and non itchy, fit very well and are comfortable and are a deep, rich, beautiful color. But I got them yesterday and tried them on, only to discover that they had 3 different holes (larger than a pencil eraser)in them. It looks to be where they were folded/exposed- guessing they are moth holes or some sort of damage. I can repair them more easily than I can return them, but it's very disappointing to spend the money on a new item and have to do that. Hence the 3 stars.

Calça lã merino
A calça é boa, aquece, mas não consegui usá-la direto na minha pele porque pinica. Tenho a usado com uma legging de algodão por baixo.

Super soft and cozy
I pretty much live in these -- indoors and outdoors. Super soft, easy to care for, fits as expected. The waist is a bit lower and very comfortable compared to the tight elastic waistband than many merino base layers have. I have been wearing these regularly for probably three months, washed many times, and the quality and feel is still as good as when they came out the box.

Was sent a worn item.
There was an extremely long strand of hair sticking out of the box. The tag is removed. The tights are crumpled and clearly worn. Now I’m going into the mountains without proper thermal clothing

Excellent product, performs as expected.
Warm, breathable, very comfortable, sustainable. Will buy this line of clothing again.
