How do i use this? after i shampoo but before i condition? or before i shampoo? thank you!

I think the most effective is after shampooing hair then leave TPH conditioner on for at least 10 minutes (the cooling sensation feels so good on scalp) then rinse, after that use whatever regular conditioner you normally use
