This milk frother is great, it cuts out the need to use the microwave and manual whisking.It's well packaged and comes with simple instructions. The frother is very easy to set up and use. You have 3 fill lines on the inside depending on if you are doing a cold or hot froth. I used it to make hot chocolate and tried both the light and the dense froth functions. It takes no time at all to whisk and heat up the contents. I liked the outcome. I wouldn't say the dense foam was really dense but was good for hot chocolate.I would say that to get a cup of hot chocolate out of it, you need to either go above the max line or do two batches as the quantity you get out of it is only about half a mug. It bleeps when it's done and you have a cup of hot chocolate at the right temperature.It's not really comparable to using a steamer, it would be more comparable to using the microwave and a battery whisk. It's a neat device and great for people who want to make frothy milk quickly. Also it's very easy to clean thanks to the nonstick lining.

I've been using this frother pretty much every day since buying it as a self-gift, and with great satisfaction. It's elegant yet small enough for it to be handily portable and not to take up much space on the kitchen worktop. The frother only takes half a minute to wash thoroughly -- not an immaterial detail -- and, above all, produces really thick and smooth froth with full-fat (in particular) as well as half-skimmed milk in just over a minute.The only minor improvable aspect I found with this frother is about the slightly opaque milk level to fill the frother with: while this is tagged on the inside of the frother, it's not explained well in the accompanying user instructions. Other than that, I was personally quite impressed at the machine's performance, which I'd highly recommend for those cappuccino lovers (like me) missing some well-made froth layer.

Straight outta the box, the machine looks sleek and dare I say, a little sexy! You get two whisks, a brush to clean them, the unit and the base with plug attached.I have a coffee machine, but have never really got to grips with the steam wand thingy for frothing the milk (more likely to scald myself than get the result I'm after). But I digress...This frother/warmer is actually quite a nifty bit of kit. Four settings: hot slightly frothy, hot more frothy, just heat and cold frothy. Now I encourage you to fully read the instructions, as there is a difference in milk volume required for the frothy and just heat. All I will say is that frothy hot milk is not the best thing to clean your counters with.It heats up quickly, froths very nicely, but my only gripe is it is quite small. Even in my smaller mugs it makes a mini-cino at best. If I could give 4.5 stars I would, but, alas, I cannot. So 4 stars it is.

Very glad to have this to make frothy milk with my morning coffee. It froths well and also heats up the milk which is nice.Instructions are clear on how to use it and make sure to read these so you froth your milk on the right setting (I did the wrong one once but was my fault for not checking!).The frother is also aesthetically pleasing to look at - really like the white design.

Always wanted one of these but never got round to it . Very nice design , a unit that is compact , easy to clean, and on a cordless base like kettles where you can remove the frother without a lead trailing behind it.Unit performed exactly as advertised and came with a spare whisker in the lid.Function wise it was so easy to get froth just as i liked it where you have various settings for dense foam , lighter foam , hot milk and frothy cold milk. I have still to learn the finer points of this little machine but would recommend it to any milk or frothy coffee lovers .. excellent design easy to clean and functional . what more can one say .. recommended 10/10

Worked fine for 3 months, now broken and doesn’t work at all.

The media could not be loaded.  Very impressed with this and it makes a cracking hot chocolate too! There are 2 settings for warm frothy milk, densely textured foam or fluffy foam. Both are good but my preference is the densely textured. There is also a setting to simply warm milk and also a frothing option for cold milk for iced lattes, etc.Easy to clean, quiet and warms quickly, my hot drinks have just got a serious upgrade!
