I am very happy with Infomir Mag 522w3 w/ Builtin WiFi 2GB RAM Newest Model 2021 Upgrade from MAG522w1 and MAG322W1It's faster, beautiful picture (see photos).That was my BIRTHDAY GIFT to meeeee! I am glad I got it!I didn't use the Tech Support yet, that is why I didn't rate it.

Keeps Restarting and has real bad wifi support
Within a few months (5) of purchase, this keeps restarting. I have the physically remove power cord and restart. It will work fine for a day. then we keep restarting. Also, the wifi on this is horrible. It is close to my wifi router with 1.2G speed. My other devices like Amazon Fire Stick have no issues and stream really well. This gets stuck all the time. Extremely bad product. Looks like there is no product support beyond 3 months and cannot return post 30 days.

This box will not work with your IPTV since you cannot install STB EMU
This box will not work with your IPTV since you cannot install STB EMU I tried 3 different URL's from 3 different provider and got the same message stb is not supported with all 3 different companies.Don't waste your time order something that works. I am still looking for a box that does not have complicated software which does not allow you to run the IPTV service.Sending the boxes back.

Perfect as advertised
Streaming is smooth and the product matches as advertised. A bit expensive compared to the pre-pandemic prices.

Good picture quality and easy set up.
This box works amazing. It was easy to set up with a service provider. Only issue is the on off buttons on the remote are opposite of what they are labeled. Once I figured that piece out it has worked perfectly. Picture quality is great and doesn’t freeze. You will need good quality internet.
