I like these Vitamin D3 softgels because they are small, easy to swallow, and do not have a bad taste. This brand is great so I buy other supplements from them, too. I also did not notice any weird aftertaste, which makes them much easier to take consistently. I started taking these because my vitamin D was low, and I was able to get my vitamin D level up pretty quickly. Of course, everyone is different, but these worked well for me and were easy to add into my routine. I also like that this is a 1-year supply, so I do not have to keep reordering.
