Just water I imagine. Just says “fresh scented lotion” on back. I don’t notice even that. It’s just a wet wipe. No alcohol or disinfectant.

No, just says “freshly scented lotion” on back. But I don’t even notice really. It’s just a wet wipe like you get at BBQ restaurants. Great for easy rinse or clean up. NOT for disinfecting.

Q: Will these sanitize my hands like 'hand sanitizer"

That's how I have been using them, so far, so good. I think they are less abrasive on the hands than constant doses of hand sanitizer. Good luck
