I love the updated taste. May 2023 it was called PRE and then in November 2023 renamed to PRE-X for this same product listing and the formula changed. So most reviews are talking about the previous "PRE". NOTE: There appears to be a new product listing for PRE (non-X) with a different formula than the "PRE" that I have pictured and compared here in this review. This new formula is also great and as long as the pricing stays, then PRE-X is still my favorite high-dose Pre-Workout at a great value. I do wish the Beta Alanine wasn't reduced from 3mg down to 2mg, because when there are days that I only want half a scoop then the 1mg just isn't enough for me. But if you are sensitive to caffeine and Beta Alanine, this is a great value to use half a scoop to get 120 servings from the 60 serving value size tub! PROs: * Big 15g serving sized packed with great ingredients focused on Pre-workout and reducing DOMs. * Taste has greatly improved with the updated PRE-X over the original "PRE" Formula. Huge win! * I was worried the changed formula wouldn't work as well, but it work just as great. CONs: * No cons for me. NEUTRAL: * Reduction in Beta Alanine is noticed by me. But without the loss of benefits that I was feeling at the higher dose.

I’ve taken this through heavy lifting sessions straight into hour-long rides with zero crash—just the satisfaction of a finished workout. I’ve trusted this brand's supplements for a year, but I wish I had switched to their pre-workout sooner. It’s officially a staple in my routine.

Love this stuff. It really gets me going in the gym, today I hit a deadlift PR after taking this. I mean, holy cow, I only take half a scoop because I have a pretty low caffeine tolerance, but this still really gets you going. The pump, the body feel, the tingling from the beta alanine, you get a really high quality workout after taking this because it just gets your blood flowing. I'm amazed that it costs so little considering you get everything you want from a preworkout mix out of this. My one complaint was the flavor: I got the blue raspberry stuff and MAN is that a strong flavor. I usually dry-scoop my preworkout but even when you dilute it with a ton of water it still has a very strong sour taste. My friends seemed to like the taste after I gave them a scoop but after having taken it a few times I think it's way too strong. Still, I know I'll be purchasing this product again because it's such a fantastic value, I'll just get the unflavored stuff next time. Anyways, this stuff is fantastic for me during weightlifting, and I would 100% recommend it as someone who's tried a lot of different mixes that try to get what this preworkout offers.

this product had a good ingredient profile but the taste is so bad it has a really strong chemical taste that i really struggle to drink if you are someone who doesn't mind the taste and wants the performance then you should try it . its very cost effective compared to other pre workouts overall i would give it a 6/10

Absolutely loaded with all you need! Great part is no crash or jitters if anything an absolutely phenomenal focus! Great pump great blood flow during the workout! Fullness from the first set! Pair it with the nitric oxide booster and you have a top tier pump! No itchy or scratchy feeling at all! Price is solid price point for servings and honestly better flavor and potency than most name brand! It’s by far the most effective pre I’ve used without having to be high on stim! Great sustained energy as well!
