I first was turned on to this product as offered in a small "tin"at my local grocery store checkout....loved the smokiness flavor...I soon realized I was hooked on these but the small tin price/qty was not affordable in the long run. Keto snacking without the "Keto" pricing
Third review for Blue Diamond Almonds in a row... Yeah, I bought more than 10 lbs of nuts in a variety of flavors to fulfill my keto friendly snacking needs. Seems like a lot of money until you price out 1.5 ounce single serving bags at the store for $1.25 each. Tasty, healthy and won't knock you out of ketosis if you are trying to stay there. On a personal note, I've lost about 30 pounds in about 3 months with this as part of the diet, by eliminating as much carbs and sugar as I can. Also has helped get my diabetes under control and in the same time period I've gone from a peak of 313mg/dl blood sugar to staying in the 80-120mg/dl range and am off all the meds.
