How much amperage can it handle?

The installation sheet reveals 22amps for either 120 or 240 VAC and 19amps for 277 VAC. And just for additional knowledge, electrical connections will be to factory installed leads, not to terminals.

Lowest temp should be 40. The one I got triggered at 55 when set to 40. Cheap POS. if you need accurate performance, you will probably have to spend more money.

How much current can this switch handle?

I don't have the literature on hand but I would guess that it can handle at least 15A at 110V.

If I install a 120 volt duct fan to pull heated air from one room to another will this thermostat operate the duct fan on and off according to rm temp

If this thermostat is installed in the colder room it will do what you want. However since this is not a digital thermostat (it cycles off and on bya strip of metal flexing according to its temperature) the room temperature could fluctuate 5 to 10 degrees; so maintaining a precise temp is not its capability. Good idea though! I wired mine in the middle of an extension cord so I could have some mobility with the thermostat and plug the device in one end and plug the other into an outlet. (wires up just like a light switch.)

Doesn’t turn down as low as it should

I purchased to heat a garage and keep it at 40 degrees. When this is set to 40 it keeps my garage about 52. It has increased my wood consumption

Simple and works good

Most electric thermostats are very cheap do not tell the temperature well. The Emerson/ White Rodgers thermostat is a little bit more accurate then competitors and I have found that after using many different brands this is probably the best one for the value for electric baseboards

WORKS AS ADVERTISED

Works as advertised, can be used for 110 or 220 volt operations. I used mine as a frost stat in my hot tub enclosure wired to a heat lamp.

Not very accurate. I use it for freeze protection so I'm OK with that but 55 on it is really 60.
