Does nayone know if this face shield will fit the vega altura full face helmet? shield does not seem to have the same "saw tooth" detents for altura.

Yes it will. I installed in on my wife's Altura. It does have the " saw tooth " dents for adjusting the face shield up and down. Be sure to watch a couple of you tube videos, as it was tricky to get on at first.
