I am happy with the product quality, all accessories and parts are in the package. Feels good in hand with the speed change, vibration and noise level not much but noticeable. Locks well when changing to another tool. Great for the money and can do the job. Can I buy another one or recommend yes I can highly recommend this product. Thanks

Great piece of kit, I hammer it frequently, BUT let it cool when it gets hot. I had an original Dremel from the 90's and this is no where near as robust or reliable but if looked after does the job well. I have a Dremel 9100 for the big jobs but for daily use this is great. Comes with a host of kit and a great case if you need to be mobile.

Expensive, but better value when you add up the value of the accessories. Accessories are good quality. More power than cheaper versions I've owned. Finger crossed for reliability.

Cant give it full marks as the instructions on how to use and what each item is was for me a bit lacking, unit is fine and works very well once you figure it all out.

A dremel is an absolute game changer for practically anything, in my eyes it should be as ubiquitous as a power drill in any homeowners tool cupboard and even more so for anyone doing any model work, car work and practically anywhere you need something sanding, cut, buffed and ground. And given dremel is very well established you can find accessories for practically anything you need doing. The value is what you will get out of it and you know that better than anyone, the easy of use is put bit in, turn it on. As simple as it can be, the functionality is endless and I've not had a bit slip once yet. This is genuinely every maker's dream tool and deserves a spot on your workbench.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I'd advise getting this on sale when it goes up, full price is pretty expensive. Saying that it's my new favourite power tool! I've used it a bunch for cutting, shaping and doing finer work for repairs and alterations. I like the pen tool, however it's a pain to get on and off and it doesn't sit easily in the case attached. I got so weary of trying to slot it together I've just made it fit for future uses. Otherwise a dizzying array of tools, more than half of which I've not used but happy to have the range to hand in one convenient travel box.

I thought I was buying for Australia and received an overseas plug type. Amazon really cared and helped me out. Told me full refund that never occurred or can get help with. Even filled out review the lady was so nice. But to then give me nothing with a product that can not work in Australia?? Another added info Amazon refuse to let me ask for support after telling me for being a great customer your money will be refunded in full 48hrs week and bit ago. Ripping off Australian Veteran Pensioners can’t even stick to what I thought was an understanding company. I will continue to spread the word how I’ve been treated and out $371. Aust._ business ombudsman, and my veterans medical practitioners are seeing the increase in stress and increase in muscle spasms that all being recorded. I wrote such a nice review after being what I thought was helped but scammed. Waiting on my refund !!! 3 days then take it to the people. …..😤

Stoped working after three months. Not huge use. Fuse is ok, Brushes are ok, replaced the brushes anyways, but still dead. Their warranty just doesn't work. All companies they provide numbers say are not working with them anymore.
