I just started taking them and my digestion has gotten better but I've also started taking a probiotic so I can't say it's one or the other getting things moving. All I can say is that they don't hurt my stomach and the poops and bloating seem to be better, give it a try since it's not too bad a price

I guess my stomach issues are just too bad for any one thing to cure it . I was not able to see a difference.

These enzymes are superb. I eat a raw plant based diet, and these are the only ones that stop it the bloat and pain. Ugh I can't live without them. I deducted one star because they are very expensive.

These pills have seriously changed my life! I take 1-2 before every meal. The bloating, gas, stomach pain and cramps, constipaton, fatigue I would get after eating are all gone!! No matter what I ate I would get gas, bloating and stomach pain, constipation.... I was ALWAYS uncomfortable and unhappy after eating! Anything I ate including healthy and vegan meals would cause me to have horrible gas and bloating... I can now eat without stressing or worrying. I am seriously so happy I found these pills. I been taking them for about a week now and I decided to eat fast food for breakfast and lunch for 4 days in a row (I normally only eat fast food once per week) just to see if I would get any of the symptoms I mentioned and I did NOT!! I haven't had any side affects while on this pill. I will continue to buy. 100% recommend.

It doesn't help with my acid reflux so it's waste of money for me.

I have been suffering from extreme digestion issues since my gallbladder was removed in 2012. I've dealt with bile salts diarrhea, undigested food passing super quickly after eating, stools with a ton of sludge and mucous--accompanied by the worst pain imaginable for the last 4+ years. I have been on a steady diet of anti-diarrheals, and medicinal marijuana, which just masked the issue and not very effectively at all. I never thought I would be able to eat meat, dairy or carbs again without suffering. I cannot praise this enough...it has given me my quality of life back. No more bathroom issues whatsoever. I just received this product, so I cannot discuss it's long-term effects but so far so good. I immediately felt less bloated after lunch, and then with my afternoon snack I felt immediately bloated again as I didn't take a pill with the snack. I can definitely tell the difference. My initial thought however is that I wish this was sold in a larger quantity. 60 capsules sounds like a lot, but when you're taking 1-2 per meal (roughly 3 times a day), that is only 10-20 days depending on what dosage you take. I plan on taking 2 before most meals, so it's a shame I can't get a larger bottle to last me more than a week and a half.
