Hello nley, This kit comes with one 2Ah Battery.

Q: What’s the difference in green works pole saw model the B210 and the L210

It looks like B210 is 40V and L210 is 80V. We have the older 40V model 20302, which works well.

Q: Does it come with a Strap to help hold it?

No it did not come with a strap for holding. It is pretty light weight so I guess they figured you didn't need one, but I think if I put the extender on it would make it easier to operate.
