yes, you can express the milk and then store it in refrigerator for upto 2 days. The milk can later be given to the baby.

From where we can get spare bottle and nipple set if we need to change after one month of using this product?

Any wide neck bottle should work with this. I use this with Fischer Price Wide neck bottle or a narrow neck bottle + narrow neck to wide neck converter/adapter.
