Should've bought this a long time ago!
The material and stiffness is the exact same as a lacrosse ball. Great for cracking your back and working out knots in your erector spinae. Good for direct pressure too. Comes with a little book that shows you different areas of the body you can use it on. If you have a lot of muscle mass, the size and pressure might not go deep enough on certain areas like your upper legs. I've used it on my posterior traps, rhomboids, erector spinae, low back and calves mostly. Great tool for myofascial release. It lives in my gym bag but I might get a second one for my car since I sometimes get stiff during long drives.

Works great!
My physical therapist used one of these on me in his office to help relieve neck and head tension, so I ended up purchasing one for myself to use at home. This little device works great! Iv'e been having a lot of tension in my neck due to poor posture/ computer work, where I am looking down a lot. Using this helped alleviate that tension and really dig into the problem spots on my head. It's durable and small enough to take with me if I ever need to. It is comfortable to use and comes with some notations of how you can use it in other ways, which is helpful.

Hits the sore spot in muscles!
I’ve used a lacrosse ball on sore muscles for many years. I saw this and wanted to give it a try.

Intensely deep massage for tight back muscles
This thing applies a serious amount of pressure. If you’ve never rolled around on a lacrosse ball before, I would suggest trying one first before making the jump to this. However, if you are a fan of intense deep tissue massages like I am, this may be the product for you! I love to roll on it under my full weight on a yoga mat, or even on the hard floor for deeper relief. I’ve been using this every day after work, and it massages my spinal column muscles better than my expensive theragun.

Meh, not what I had hoped
Received this about a month ago and wanted to use on my feet and for knots on my upper back (shoulder blades) along my spine. I discovered that this double ball is not very easy to use while on your back. I much prefer a single lacrosse ball. The reason is that with the lacrosse ball, you can do circular motuon. With the double ball, you can only move up and down one way. Same if it is used against a wall. This limits the range of motion and angles that you can attack the knot. When I used it on my feet, it was much better. A lacrosse ball on the feet is almost just as useful but one thing I liked about this double ball is the you can wedge the outside edge of your foot in between the balls and massage the top side and the bottom side of the outside of the foot. All in all, I would 100% choose a single lacrosse ball over this device if I were forced to choose.
